The Main Street Business District is hereby established to maintain and revitalize the businesses lying within its boundaries by assuring opportunities for development or redevelopment and for attracting sound and stable commercial growth. The District shall consist of all property located in the area shown on the map attached as Exhibit A to Ord. 2011-O-039 and made a part hereof. Further, properties zoned for residential purposes as well as properties used for residential purposes shall not be included within the District until such time as they are either used for business purposes and/or have obtained rezoning for business purposes.
