It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police, the Health and Consumer Protection Officer, or other official designated by the Village President to inspect or cause to be inspected every establishment licensed under this subchapter at least once every six months. Any violation under the terms of this subchapter, which is discovered, shall be reported to the President and Board of Trustees.
