§ 124.065 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "AUTOMATIC CAR WASH." Any establishment, or part of an establishment, in the village designed to wash motor-operated vehicles through the use of automated washing devices operated by an employee of the establishment.
   "SELF-WASH CAR WASH." Any establishment, or part of an establishment, in the village that provides stalls, water, and soap for the purpose of washing a motor-operated vehicle by the operator of the vehicle.
