§ 123.01 APPOINTMENT OF PUBLIC WEIGH MASTERS.

Any person, firm, or corporation owning a scale or scales suitable for weighing any commodity, product, or article of merchandise in load lots, when contained in any wagon, auto, truck, or other vehicle, or in any quantity less than load lots, when not contained in any wagon, truck, or other vehicle, shall be eligible for appointment as a public weigh master in the village upon complying with the provisions of this chapter.
