§ 121.09 RIGHT TO DEMAND ADVANCE PAYMENT.

Every owner, operator, or driver shall have the right to demand in advance his or her fare of the person so employing him or her or entering his or her vehicle, and may refuse to convey any person who shall not comply with his or her command.
