§ 119.27 VEHICLES USED BY SCAVENGERS.

Any vehicle used by a scavenger in his or her business shall be watertight and equipped with airtight covers for those portions used for the transportation of refuse. It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to be driven over or through any street in the village during a Sunday.
