The Village President is authorized to revoke any license, upon the recommendation of the License and Permits Committee, hereunder for a violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter or any other regulations of the village, by any person, firm, or corporation to whom the license has been issued, or any agent, employee, or officer of any such person, firm, or corporation.
