No licensed peddler or hawker shall defraud, cheat, or misrepresent anyone, whether through himself or herself or through an employee, while acting as a peddler in the village, nor barter, sell, or peddle any goods, merchandise, or wares other than those specified in his or her application for a license. The Village President may revoke such a license for that offense.
