§ 117.38 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Upon conviction of a violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter, the license granted under the provision of this subchapter shall be suspended for a period of not less than 30 days in duration, at the end of which the individual must secure a clearance from the Village Clerk verifying the expiration of the suspension period.
   (B)   Upon a second conviction for a violation of any provisions of this subchapter within the license period under which the previous suspension occurred, the license granted under the provisions of this subchapter shall be revoked for a period of no less than one year in duration, at the end of which the individual may submit a re-application for another license.
