(A) An appeal from the Village Clerk's decision to deny application for a license shall be made to the President and Board of Trustees, in writing, within seven days of the receipt of the decision.
(B) The appeal shall state the specific grounds for the appeal.
(C) The applicant will be granted the opportunity to present his evidence at the Village Board of Trustees' meeting to show why the Village Clerk's decision should not be sustained.
