§ 117.32 BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION FOR LICENSE.
   Upon receipt of an application for a license, the village, in conjunction with the Village Police Department, shall cause such investigation of the applicant's business responsibility or moral character to be made as deemed necessary to protect the public good.
