§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is already provided, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500, or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)    Whoever violates any provision of §§ 115.07 or 115.08 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.
