§ 114.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "DAY CARE CENTER." Any institution or place in which are received:
      (1)   Three or more children, not of common parentage, apart from their parents or guardian, under the age of six years; or
      (2)   Three or more adults, apart from their parents or guardians, needing supervised care; for care during all or part of a day but not later than 9:00 p.m. The term is further construed to include similar units operating under any other name whatsoever with or without a stated educational purpose.
