§ 113.08 INSPECTIONS.

It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and Fire Marshal to see that every exhibition, amusement, theatrical, or other public show or amusement is inspected by a member of the Police and Fire Department, and to insure conformity with the provisions concerning those amusements.
