§ 113.07 PREMISES TO CONFORM TO APPLICABLE LAWS.

It shall be unlawful to operate or permit the operation of any amusement licensed in this chapter unless the premises in which the amusement is operated or permitted to be operated conforms with all provisions or requirements in this code and village ordinances relating to public building and public gatherings.
