§ 111.20 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "OUTDOOR ADVERTISER." Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the business of placing, posting, or painting any sign, billboard, bench, advertisement, or notice of display in one or more places for the purpose of outdoor advertising so that the resultant display is visible from any street, alley, sidewalk, or other public place.
