§ 111.03 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATIONS.

Applications for licenses shall be made to the Village Clerk, and shall contain a statement of the nature of the article, cards, or advertisements to be distributed and the name of the applicant and the name of the manufacturer or distributor of the article or service advertised.
