All construction sites shall post a sign, to be supplied by the village, for the duration of the project, setting forth construction guidelines and substantially in the form attached to Ord. 2009-O-071 as Exhibit A. The location of the sign shall be subject to village approval, and shall be visible from the right of way, and shall not be obstructed in any way. Said signs shall be and remain the property of the village.
