§ 104.01 DEFINITIONS.
   "CONSTRUCTION SITE." Shall mean:
      (1)   Any new commercial, industrial or office development;
      (2)   Any in-fill residential development;
      (3)   Any new residential subdivisions; or
      (4)   Any remodeling where there is more than 50% enhancement to the value of the existing structure.
