(A) Any reference in this chapter to the authority of the Village Manager to grant or deny an approval shall, whether or not so specified, include the authority for such decision to be made by a designee of the Village Manager.
(B) Whenever any provisions of this chapter delegates approval authority to any village officer, employee or agent, any interested person or such officer, employee or agent, as the case may be, or his or her designee, shall have the right to have any such decision of such village officer, employee or agent, or his or her designee, reviewed, reconsidered, and a final decision thereon made by the Board of Trustees.
