§ 102.47 NOTICE.
   Within 15 calendar days after a charge has been received by the Administrator, the Administrator shall serve or cause to be served, in person, or by certified mail, a copy of said complaint on the person alleged to be in violation of this chapter, hereinafter referred to as respondent.
