§ 102.45 ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Assistant Village Manager, or his/her designee, shall serve as the Administrator. The Administrator shall have such duties, responsibilities, and powers as are necessary for the implementation of this chapter including, but not limited to, the initiation, receipt, and due processing of complaints.
