§ 100.08 CITY MAY TRIM OR REMOVE DANGEROUS OR OBSTRUCTING TREE OR SHRUB.
   The Director of Public Works may cause any such tree or shrub to be trimmed or cause any such tree or branch thereof to be removed so that the obstruction or danger to traffic or passage shall be done away with.
