§ 99.156 TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT.

The village shall have the right to terminate an agreement if a group does not meet the terms and conditions of its agreement, or if the group’s involvement in the Adopt-A-Highway program is inconsistent with any other restrictions or limitations established by the village.
