(A) The violation of § 98.21 shall be subject to a minimum fine of $250 for a first violation, and shall increase to a minimum fine of $500 for a second violation within a growing season (April 1 to November 15) and to a minimum of $750 for a third of subsequent violation within a growing season.
(B) The violation of any other provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $750.
(C) Each day a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. Imposition of any penalty for a violation of this chapter shall not be construed as a waiver of the right of the village to collect the costs of removal of any nuisance or nuisances as provided by the provisions of this chapter and/or to file such costs as a lien against the property on which the nuisance exists.
