§ 96.18 NUISANCE DECLARED.

It is hereby declared a nuisance to engage in composting or to maintain a compost pile/bin other than in full compliance with the provisions of this chapter. In regard to any composting or compost pile/bin which constitutes a nuisance, the provisions of § 96.99 of this chapter regarding penalties shall be applicable.
