§ 96.17 RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE.
   It shall be the duty of both the owner(s) and occupant(s) of any property on which composting is taking place, or on which a compost pile/bin is located, to make sure that said composting is being done, and said compost pile/bin is being maintained, in full compliance with all provisions of this chapter.
