The village-designated refuse disposal contractor shall be responsible for the proper handling of all recyclable materials upon pickup from residents and shall be responsible for the sale of such recyclable materials. At no time shall the contractor dispose of recyclable materials in a landfill without the prior written approval of the Village Manager.
