§ 96.04 DEPOSITING GARBAGE ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.

It shall be unlawful to throw or deposit any garbage, refuse, or other material of any kind, including but not limited to cans, bottles, paper, or plastic in any street, alley, park, public way, or private property within the village.
