Except as otherwise provided for in this chapter, it shall be unlawful to store or accumulate unsightly material of any kind, including but not limited to garbage, metals, non-functioning, unlicensed motor vehicles, trash of every kind and character on any property or lot within the village. It shall be unlawful to store or accumulate any combustible refuse in such a way as to create a fire hazard on any property or lot within the village.
