§ 95.35 STORAGE.

The storage of flammable liquids in outside above-ground tanks is prohibited. New bulk plants for the manufacture, use, or storage of flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited. Bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is prohibited. "BULK STORAGE" is hereby defined as a total of over 1000 water gallon capacity in any container or containers.
