§ 95.13 NONENERGIZED OUTLETS IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS.
   All buildings which exceed two stories in height shall have nonenergized wiring from ground level with a three-prong male twist outlet at the base and a three- prong female twist lock outlet at each floor level so as to provide at least one such outlet in all stairwells at each floor level. There shall be no more than 100 feet of travel distance from any point at each floor level to at least one such outlet. All wiring shall be No. 8 and shall be installed in accordance with the electrical requirements of the Building Code of the village, as amended.
