§ 95.01 ADOPTION OF REGULATORY CODES.
   (A)    The village hereby adopts, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire and explosion, that code known as the BOCA (Building Officials and Code Administrators) Basic/National Fire Prevention Code (hereinafter referred to as the BOCA code), being particularly the 1984 Edition thereof; and the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) Life Safety Code 101, being the 1985 edition thereof, as amended from time to time, including appendixes A and C thereto, except such portions as are or may be from time to time deleted, modified, or amended by this chapter or subsequent action of the village. Not less than three copies of these codes shall be on file and available to the public upon request in the office of the Village Clerk.
   (B)    These codes are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter with the following additions, insertions, deletions, and changes as set forth in this chapter.
