§ 91.50 ANIMALS SUFFERING FROM RABIES DECLARED NUISANCE.

Any animal or dog suffering from rabies as determined by a licensed veterinarian is hereby declared to be a nuisance. It shall be the duty of the owner or keeper of the animal or dog to immediately confine the animal or dog for observation as provided for by the Illinois Animal Control Act.
