For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"ABANDONED VEHICLE." Shall have the same definition as set forth in § 90.20.
"ANTIQUE VEHICLE." Any motor vehicle or other vehicle 25 years of age or older.
"HIGHWAY." Any road, street, alley, or public way within the village.
