§ 80.05 ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW.
   Administrative review of final determinations issued by the hearing officer under this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law as is set forth in ILCS Ch. 735, Act 5, §§ 3-101 et seq. of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure, which sections are incorporated herein by reference.
