(A) In accordance with § 73.14 of this code, it shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle in the parking spaces hereinafter designated for persons with dsiabilities on the streets within the village, without meeting the requirements of §§ 73.02 and 73.03 of this code. The village shall post appropriate signs designating the exact locations of each of the parking spaces for persons with disabilities on the streets hereinafter provided.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of the provisions of this schedule shall be fined in the amount indicated on the posted sign, but in no event less than $100 nor more than $200.
