(B) The Director of Public Works is authorized to post suitable stop signs at or near the intersection of the streets, informing the public that vehicular traffic must stop before entering the intersection.
(C) The operator of any vehicle violating or failing to comply with any provision of this schedule shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense.
