§ 76.25 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY." Any public street, sidewalk or public parking or loading area.
   "ROLLER SKATE." Any device with wheels worn on the foot and which is propelled by human power, including what are commonly known as in-line skates.
   "SKATEBOARD." A device with two or more tandem axles and a combination of wheels connected by a platform designed for standing and which is propelled by human power, including what are commonly known as scooters.
