§ 75.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not already provided, shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 75.25 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $750.
