§ 74.309 JUDICIAL REVIEW.

Final determinations of vehicular standing, parking or compliance regulation violation liability made pursuant to §§ 74.300 through 74.311 shall be subject to the provisions of the Administrative Law Review as is set forth in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5 § 3-101 et seq.
