§ 72.099 LOADING AND UNLOADING PERSONS OR ITEMS ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   (A)   No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended for actually or temporarily picking up, loading or discharging students anywhere along the north curb of or otherwise on the north side of Radcliffe Road between Durkin Road and 84th Avenue between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The picking up, loading, dropping off or discharging of students anywhere along the north curb of or otherwise on the north side of Radcliffe Road between Durkin Road and 84th Avenue between said hours on Monday through Friday is hereby prohibited.
   (B)   The Police Department and/or Public Works Department of the Village shall post appropriate signs along the north side of Radcliffe Road, notifying all drivers and passengers of the prohibitions contained in this ordinance. The signs shall read: “No School Drop Offs or Pick-Ups from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.”
   (C)   Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $750.
