§ 72.043 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating § 72.041 shall be guilty of a traffic infraction and shall be subject to a fine of $75 for the first such violation, $100 for a second violation and $150 for a third and all subsequent violations.
   (B)   A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed for each successive trip past a traffic control point after a violation has occurred.
