§ 72.042 EXEMPTIONS.

(A) The provisions of this subchapter shall not be applicable to the operator of any municipal, fire, emergency, utility or governmental vehicle, when same is being operated in an official capacity.

(B) The provisions of this subchapter shall not be applicable to the operator of any licensed public transportation vehicle or any vehicle being utilized for business and/or commercial purposes.
