§ 70.37 AMOUNT OF FINES FOR DISPOSITIONS.

   (A)    The amount of the fine for dispositions under this subchapter shall be $10 if paid within ten days of the alleged violation; and $20 if paid after ten days, but within 20 days of the alleged violation.

   (B)   For parking in a designated handicapped parking area without the proper display of the handicapped status of the occupant of the vehicle, as prohibited under §§ 73.02 and 73.03, a fine as provided under § 73.99(C) may be accepted by the Village Clerk in a plea of guilty.

   (C)   Nothing herein shall be construed to limit the maximum fine which may be imposed by any court of competent jurisdiction.
