§ 70.35 VILLAGE CLERK TO ACCEPT PAYMENT OF FINES; REPORT OF CONVICTION REQUIRED.
   (A)    The Village Clerk, in person or by and through his deputies, may accept the payment of fines and proof of corrections of certain traffic violations as hereinafter provided.
   (B)    The Village Clerk may accept payments and proofs for any alleged violation of the traffic code, or any alleged violation of the State Vehicle Code, except the alleged violations for which a report of conviction is required, pursuant to ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5 § 6- 204.
