§ 39.20 FILING STATEMENT OF ECONOMIC INTEREST.
   (A)   For purposes of this section, each elected official of the village, and certain appointees and employees are required by ILCS Ch. 5, Act 420 § 4A-101 to file a statement of economic interest.
   (B)   By May 1 of each year, each such elected official, appointee and employee shall file a photocopy of the statement of economic interest as required by ILCS Ch. 5, Act 420 § 4A-101 that is required to be filed with the County Clerk. Such statement shall be filed with the Village Clerk. If a person required to file such statement fails to file by May 1 of any year, the Village Clerk shall notify such person within seen days after May 1 of his or her failure to file and such person shall not be considered in violation of this section until May 15 of any year for failure to file such statement.
