§ 33.50 VILLAGE POLICE PATROLMEN'S

The village hereby recognizes the Tinley Park Police Patrolmen's Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all probationary and non-probationary police patrol officers employed by the Police Department of the village, excluding all Department employees of the rank of sergeant and above, and all other Police Department employees.
