1060.01 PLACEMENT AND STORAGE OF TRASH CONTAINERS.

(a) All rubbish, garbage and trash containers/receptacles shall be stored out of sight from the public right-of-way.

(b) Notwithstanding Section (a), all rubbish, garbage and trash containers shall be placed on the curb at the tree lawn no sooner than 24 hours prior to the scheduled rubbish, garbage and trash collection, and shall be removed within 24 hours following such collection.
