The purpose of the Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted in Section 1424.01, is to provide specifications for plumbing, sewer building and water service installation in one, two and three-family dwellings and appurtenant structures in the Village, and such Code is hereby made expressly applicable to such occupancies notwithstanding any provision relating to the scope and application of such Code contained in such Code.
